Manufacturer's Guarantee

Vermont Diaper Company proudly guarantees our products against defects in workmanship and materials for sixty days from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace the item in question at our discretion. Shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Return Policy

Vermont Diaper Company will accept for refund or credit: unused, unwashed, resalable products purchased from vermontdiapercompany.com or sorella-luna.com returned within thirty days from the date of purchase. Please include invoice with return items. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. We recommend using delivery confirmation and/or insured as we cannot take responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. All original shipping and handling costs are non refundable. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization code before mailing a return. This RMA code will expire 14 days after being issued if the item is not received by us. Please include the RMA code on the package and include a note indicating the reason for your return.

Ordering can be placed on the website anytime. Orders can be placed by phone, 802-262-6016, 7 days a week, 9 AM to 9 PM EST.

Shipping Information

Our goal is to ship to you in the most efficient way possible. We ship U.S. Priority Mail, UPS, or First Class Mail to a street address or Post Office box within the Continental U.S. Customers can request Priority Mail over First Class Mail and incur the cost of that service.

To ensure shipping goes smoothly, please confirm that PayPal has your most current address information on file. Packages that are returned 'undeliverable' will be charged the actual shipping amount required to reship the package. All orders will ship with USPS delivery confirmation.

Sales Tax: Vermont residents will be charged a 6% tax on all non-garment items, such as diaper wipes, Eucalan, and synthetic bags.
